ABOUT ME

Fifteen years ago, I found myself in a gym for the first time. I was ashamed of how weak I was compared to my peers and my teammates. I decided it was time to make a change. So, I started going to the gym on a regular basis and giving it my all. Quickly, I started to see results and realized you can transform your body with a little hard work and commitment. This became a passion for me and that passion became my career. I want to help everyone realize the same thing; with the right tools, knowledge, and hard work, the sky is the limit when it comes to changing your body.

No matter your fitness level, everyone is welcome in these group sessions. Group fitness training is a great way to surround yourself with like minded individuals with the same goals to help motivate you. One hour group sessions are only $20 and $10 for Hammerhead Training clients.
